2. Scope and purpose of processing
We process the data you submit in the request form (name or company, e-mail, phone, country, component type, volume, message) to answer your enquiry and conduct business correspondence — under Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Retention period
Data is stored for the duration of the communication and up to 24 months after the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
5. Data recipients
Data may be shared with IT service providers (hosting, database, e-mail) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
6. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Only authorised staff can access requests via a secured admin panel.
